What does We Do Creative do?

We Do Creative is a director-led collective producing cinematic campaigns from concept to final delivery, for brands, tourism boards, and hospitality groups worldwide. Not an agency. Not a factory. A curated collective built for craft, vision, and world-class execution. Born in Bali. Operating worldwide.

What is included in your creative development service?

We collaborate closely with brands to define what truly matters, translating objectives into creative direction that feels intentional, bold, and relevant. This includes brand and campaign positioning, creative direction and concept development, content strategy and format planning, and storyboards, scripts and narrative frameworks.

How do you assemble your production crew?

We don't pull from a database. We work with people we trust. Our collective includes directors, DOPs, producers, athletes, creators, and cultural connectors across Europe, Asia, Australia, and beyond. Each project is assembled with the right talent for the idea. This includes director and DOP selection, casting and talent sourcing, creator and influencer collaborations, and on-ground local expertise.

How do you manage productions end to end?

WeDo oversees the full lifecycle of every project from first conversation to final release. We align stakeholders, talent, platforms, budgets, and global crews into one clear workflow, taking full responsibility for planning, execution, and delivery. No handovers. No fragmentation. One accountable team from start to finish.

What does your production service include?

Our senior production teams operate internationally, delivering efficient, high-end shoots across diverse locations and environments. This includes full-service production and crew, global location shoots, licensed drone and specialist cinematography, social, commercial and documentary formats, and end-to-end project management.

What post-production services do you offer?

Post-production is where emotion is shaped. With editing teams working across time zones, we move fast without sacrificing quality. Our services include offline and online editing, color grading and finishing, sound design and music integration, motion design and VFX, and voiceovers and AI-assisted workflows.

How do you support campaign launches and distribution?

We help brands think beyond the final cut, supporting launches, rollouts, and distribution strategies that ensure the work reaches the right audience in the right way. This includes campaign rollouts and content sequencing, social and platform optimisation, influencer and partnership support, and performance-driven delivery.
